how we can awaken thoughts - 2

....contd

How we can we awaken thought? circumstances, or the death of some one you love, or a catastrophe, or depression, force you into conflict, outer circumstances force you to act, and in that compulsion there cannot be awakening of thought , because your acting through fear. and if you begin to see that you cannot wait for circumstances to force you to act, than you begin to observe the very circumstances themselves;then you begin to penetrate and understand the circumstances the environment. You don't wait for depression to make you into a virtuous person, but free your mind from POSSESSIVENESS from compulsion.

The acquisitive system is based on the idea that you can possess and that it is legal to possess. Possession glorifies you. The more you have , the better the , nobler, you are considered. You have created that system, and you have become a slave to that system. You can create another society, not based on acquisitiveness, and that society can compel you as individuals to conform you to its conventions, just as this society compels you to conform to its acquisitiveness. What is the difference? none whatever you as individuals are merely being forced by circumstances or law to act in a particular direction and , there fore there is NO CREATIVE THINKING at all; whereas  if intelligence is beginning to function than you are not a slave to either society, the acquisitive or non acquisitiveness. But to free the mind , there must be great intensity;there must be this continual alertness, observation, which itself creates conflict. This alertness itself produces disturbance and when there is that crisis, and that intensity of conflict, than mind , if it is not escaping, begins to think a new to think creativity and that very thinking is Eternity.

What we need to understand is:

1) When there is external jolt in circumstance, we being to act in certain direction, its because of compulsion

2)we act because u don't want to lose, a fear compels to act.

3) But if you can think of the circumstances than, you can begin to free your mind from possessiveness.

4) acquisitive system (Characterized by a strong desire to gain and possess. or Tending to acquire and retain ideas or information: an acquisitive mind.)

5) we can fight with this system can make another where there is no possession (I remember the words of Vivekananda he said Attachment is death, attachment with non attachment is also death.) mind always clings isn't it?

6) when we are non attached truly, alert we are free. but as soon this alertness start it begin to conflict.

7) interesting is if we don't run from that pain, suffering, and if we dont find new excuses or not feel to begin that old system was good, if we continue to be in that state and observe the intelligence begin to work, find solution and begin to think creativity...and we experience bliss. and that is eternity..
