The meaning I Understood like this :
Saint kabir das ji said neither illusion ( can be understood as environment, nature, shakti) nor the mind (intelligent governing self where stored memory kept) will never dies, gradually this body gets died trying to change the change ( nature or deception or shakti) the ever changing will change kyaa?
Hope and the deceptive greed or delusion does not die either Even in his death bed, one continues to cling with the perishable - the body, with one's aspirations, desires - and the cravings, the urges, the yearnings (trishna) dies not.
So what does it mean than? In a way he is saying that why are you trying to change these qualities, let be Identify the SELF part which is not changing. Thats the work one needs to do, identifying the SELF(Shiva) which is not changing with the change.
We are nothing but combination of shiva-shakti they cant live without each other and both are everlasting, but the existence of shakti is shiva and shiva cannot move without shakti.
