Important verse of Srimad Bhagvadgita - 7

In charge of the various necessities of life, the demigods, being satisfied by the performance of yajna [sacrifice], supply all necessities to man. But he who enjoys these gifts, without offering them to the demigods in return, is certainly a thief.....3:12

The devotees of the Lord are released from all kinds of sins because they eat food which is offered first for sacrifice. Others, who prepare food for personal sense enjoyment, verily eat only sin...3:13

Very useful verse, to understand the living style one has to adpot, and here i mention the commentary done by kesava kasmiri of vaishnava sampradaya....Therfore those that only eat food that has been offered in yagna or worship are faultless and no other. This Lord Krishna is confirming with the word santah meaning saintly and virtuous. Those who perform yagna become absolved of all sins produced from the daily use of the five utensils in the home used by householders in the cooking and preparing of foods. Such sins are produced from the non-performance of the injunction of yagna and from the performance of the prohibited action. These are serious hindrances in attaining heaven. The five acts if piety performed by the twice born brahmins are mandatory, beginning with Brahma Yagna or Vedic study, offering worship to God, homage to the anscestors, feeding of animals and welcoming and feeding chance guests. These five acts of piety neutralise all sins contracted by the five areas of destuction in the home being the pestle, the grindstone, the fireplace, the waterpot and the broom. Manu Samhita III. 69-71 confirms all sins from these five actions are duly nullified by the five previous acts of piety.

The person who is not offering food to God first and than to other five is eating sin. he cant enjoy things of demi gods without sacrifice. so thats the reason in india Athithi devo bhava they say, still in villages women offer food to agni first after preparation.

important verse from Srimad bhagvadgita-6

In the beginning of creation, the Lord of all creatures sent forth generations of men and demigods, along with sacrifices , and blessed them by saying, "Be thou happy by this yajna [sacrifice] because its performance will bestow upon you all desirable things."........3:10

sri kesava kasmiri translates the verse very beautifully here:
Here Lord Krishna reveals the words of Prajapati or Brahma the creator of the forms and categories of material beings and the arranger of the material manifestation. Here it states that one desiring liberation from bondage should perform selfless actions with the thought of appeasement and propitiation to the Supreme Lord. Now Lord Krishna is infering that he teaches this knowledge of propitiatiopn to His devotees only. This is because Brahma has given facilty for beings other than the devotees to worship in appeasement lesser gods such as the demi-gods. Thus after Brahma created mankind he instructed to perform selfless actions in the spirit of worship of the Supreme Lord and this will be for you sacrifice. Sacrificing the desires for reward and attachment to the results and in this way mankind will flourish and prosper. The actual understanding is that this spirit of sacrifice perfromed with faith acording to ones status and stage in life will bequeath all auspiciousness in this life and the next life. Such instructions for such wishfulfilling actions and the confusion that might arise to due to them from statements of non- attachment earlier in this chapter in verses four, seven and seventeen as well as refering to delighting in the atma or soul in this chapter in verses three and nineteen is empasising different approaches to the same goal based on qualification so there is no contradiction.
In continuation of this talk lord Krishna says in next verse that The demigods, being pleased by sacrifices, will also please you; thus nourishing one another, there will reign general prosperity for all.

To answer the question how will yagna or worship fulfill one's prayers?
Lord Krishna reponds that the devas or demi-gods nourished by the oblations offered will in turn mutually reciprocate fulfilling all one's prayers with prosperity and abundance. Gratifying each other as such human and deva will all attain the fulfillment of their desires.
So by appeasement of demi -Gods one can have fulfillment of prosperity here prosperity meaning material fulfillment. Hence the bondage is not gone, but can enjoy the fruits of swarga for some days and again the same life . But for temporary relief there is an arrangement of Demi-gods so do selfless yagyam.

Important verse of SrimadBhagvad Gita-5

niyatam kuru karma tvam
karma jyayo hy akarmanah
sarira-yatrapi ca te
na prasiddhyed akarmanah......3:8

Translation:

Perform your prescribed duty, for action is better than inaction. A man cannot even maintain his physical body without work.

This is beautifully explained about inaction and action, If some one perceived the meaning of disirelessness to inaction  than,here is the answer to it, Bhagwan said clearly that Doing action is better than inaction that which is prescribed to them . which clearly means that accept the conditions in which you are born and doing the action right from there in which you are born would also certainly lead to there where you want to go, than why are you leading to inaction which is highly not recommended because you need to maintain you body without which nothing is possible.

Here commentary by Sri Ramanuja acharya Elaborated it very clearly to explain the whole verse: The word nityatam can refer to eternal, regular or even daily. An act is eternal if it is connected to the atma which is the eternal soul. Actions merely connected to prakriti or the material nature are a persistent inheritance from one's past activities in the unknown past. Thus to perform actions comes easily as a natural phenomena and not subject to the inherent dangers of possessing an impure mind or the lack of sense control associated the with jnana yoga, the cultivation of spiritual knowledge. Therefore Lord Krishna is urging Arjuna to perform karma yoga or actions without attachment as in his case it is superior to cultivating knowledge. A-karma is non-action which implies cultivating knowledge by the abstention of activities. But it is known that it is not possible to completely achieve the action-less state. Even for the followers of jnana yoga the path of karma yoga is superior because in jnana yoga one must follow a path one is naturally not accustomed, is difficult to practice, fraught with the risk of dominant senses and also which does not flow as an inherent tendency like the path of karma yoga where actions follow the natural locomotion of the body in the course of daily activities.

Further it will be shown that even one who is liberated by atma- tattva realisation of the eternal soul; still may be involved in so many activities, performing actions without attachment or as a matter of duty. Thus even atma-tattva can be connected to material activities transforming them to spiritual activities. Hence karma yoga can be superior in this way. What can be inferred about the superiority of karma yoga over jnana yoga will be evident to one who is actually engaged in practising jnana yoga.

But an alternative argument could be alright suppose one is determined to abstain from all actions, then how does one expect to maintain their bodily existence which depends on eating and sleeping and washing and exercising etc. and by which the body is very helpful and useful in practising jnana yoga. The maintenance of one's physical body is absolutely essential to complete the course charted in life until one achieves their goal. The way in which one maintains their body is by actions such as labour by rightful means to acquire funds for performing worship to God by offerings of food which are subsequently imbued with spiritual potency and by partaking of the remnants of such foods solely for bodily sustenance each day maintain their bodies.

In the Chandogya Upanisad VII.XXVI.II we find: It is by the purity of food that one's mind becomes purified. When the mind is purified one attains access to the eternal soul dwelling within the heart.

Thus if one desires to desist from all activities how will their mind become purified and how will their bodily needs be maintained? Thus it is obvious that one who practices jnana yoga in order to maintain their bodily existence must still continue performing the daily and occasional duties prescribed in the Vedas until they reach their goal. The same as if one practised karma yoga. Also in karma yoga the contemplation of atma-tattva is also included in the conceptions that I am not my body perfoming actions and I am not the actual doer of any actions. So for all these reasons karma yoga is preferably recommended to jnana yogis.

So the conclusion is for us to desist and practice karma yoga.

Important verse of Srimad Bhagvadgita-4

vihaya kaman yah sarvan
pumams carati nihsprhah
nirmamo nirahankarah
sa santim adhigacchati....2:71

Translation:

 A person who has given up all desires for sense gratification, who lives free from desires, who has given up all sense of proprietorship and is devoid of false ego--he alone can attain real peace.

In reply to the Question,Who is qualified for this yoga which bestows such a great reward? Lord Krishna states the word yah vihaya whomsoever giving up. The use of the pronoun yah meaning who whosoever denotes that there are no restrictions regarding class, caste, education or qualification for engaging in this process of self-realization preceded by abandoning attachment to all sense objects. Abandoning fully all desires for things to obtain, desires present and desires approaching, experiencing those things only which come on their own accord. Free from attachment and hence free from egoism, devoid of feeling my-ness such as this is mine, when acquiring food, clothing, etc. and free from even the thirst of enjoyment. Being free as well from the feeling of I-ness towards the body and senses thinking that I am the physical body syndrome. Due to the firm knowledge about the eternal soul being distinctly different from all of these material designations, wherever and whatever such a one engages themselves they are always situated in a state of perfect peace. This state has to be realized, without realization its only reading text, one need to develop knowledge of understanding what the yoga is all about, its not merely breathing exercises it  is certainly understanding of self.

If some one gives up desires than there would be no progress or Ambition in life such question should come to mind isnt it?

Important verse of Srimad Bhagvadgita-3

ya nisa sarva-bhutanam
tasyam jagarti samyami
yasyam jagrati bhutani
sa nisa pasyato muneh...........2:69

Tranaslation:

What is night for all beings is the time of awakening for the self-controlled; and the time of awakening for all beings is night for the introspective sage.

One who is not in transcendental consciousness(supreme radiant king) can have neither a controlled mind nor steady creative intelligence, without which there is no possibility of peace. And how can there be any happiness without peace? , Self controlled aggression,

 The tendency of all living entities whose external senses along with the mind are not under control in the darkness of nescience indulge in sensual delights in this night. Contrarily the self controlled one sees the objects of the senses as unfit and reflects on the eternal soul within. Thus these are the indications of one situated in transcendent meditation. The Person who is wakeful is Muni and the person who is sleeping is a-muni.

There are two classes of intelligent men here .The one who is intelligent in material activities for sense gratification, and the other is introspective and awake to the cultivation of self-realization. Activities of the introspective sage, or thoughtful man, are like night for persons materially absorbed . They wont able to recognize him , Materialistic persons remain asleep in such a way that is night due to their ignorance of self-realization.They wont even know what they have to know or what they don't know, and that is sleeping state of mind. Now the introspective sage remains alert in the "night" of the materialistic men. The sage feels transcendental pleasure(see the reality of senses) in the gradual advancement of spiritual culture, whereas the man in materialistic activities, being asleep to self-realization, dreams of varieties of sense pleasure, feeling sometimes happy and sometimes distressed in his sleeping condition. The introspective man is always indifferent to materialistic happiness and distress. He goes on with his self-realization activities undisturbed by material reaction.

After reading the above verse one must have thought provoking in their mind and some basic questions should come to mind that What is it necessary to know the other intelligent person? and the person who is aware of his senseses, still called sleeping? and the other intelligent person to whom people don't recognize what is the use of knowing such thing , the one who is in the night for all the other people? so on... when there are lots of questions arise in the mind ..than he is in wakeful state...

Important verse of Srimad Bhagvadgita -2

Dhyayato visayan pumsah
sangas tesupajayate
sangat sanjayate kamah
kamat krodho 'bhijayate....

krodhad bhavati sammohah
sammohat smrti-vibhramah
smrti-bhramsad buddhi-naso
buddhi-nasat pranasyati.........2:62/63

While contemplating the objects of the senses, a person develops attachment for them, and from such attachment lust develops, and from lust anger arises.From anger, delusion arises, and from delusion bewilderment of memory. When memory is bewildered, intelligence is lost, and when intelligence is lost, one falls down again into the material pool.

Lord Krishna states that one who contemplates sensual objects like form and touch develops in the mind attachment for them in the form of lust deluded into believing such objects to be the root cause of apparent happiness.

From this attachment springs desire which is but a modification of attachment. Sometimes one is able to gratify ones senses by enjoying these sense objects. At that time a particular state of mind arises where one becomes enslaved and controlled by the desire of the very same object one is seeking so desperately to exploit. Other times ones desires are thwarted and obstructed and unfulfilled in satisfying ones desire to experience sense objects leads to frustration which is also a modification of the mind. At this time anger is directed in fury towards whatever it was that became the obstacle that blocked ones gratification.  Lord Krishna further explains here that from anger arises delusion which is the lack of discrimination about knowing what actions to perform and what actions not to perform. From delusion comes confusion which is the 1)bewilderment of intelligence and 2)forgetfulness of the truth.
 .[
 From confusion comes illusion the misinterpretation of intellect in determining the true nature of reality. From illusion one becomes completely ruined. One loses focus on the goal of material existence and the purpose of human life and lives in the darkness of nescience. Thus it must be understood that controlling ones mind is essential.

Lord Krishna is explaining that one whose cravings for sensual objects linger, the effort to overcome the senses without focusing the mind on the Supreme Lord is futile. This is due to the fact that without the Supreme Lords grace the residue of past sensual activities and the pleasure or frustration derived therefrom will delude the mind to pursue sense objects. This debilitating effect creates a magnetic attraction where the desire for sense objects becomes more and more extreme. From this extreme desire springs kama lust. Lust is the next stage of desire. Lust is that which one feels when they thinks that they cannot exist without their desire being gratified. From lust springs krodha anger. Krodha is that frustrated outraged one feels against that which stands in the way of obtaining the gratification of ones senses. From krodha arises sammoha bewilderment and delusion which is the mental condition where one is no longer cognisant of what action should be performed and what action should not be performed. One will foolishly do anything in this condition. Thereafter comes dementia causing loss in memory of the process one began in order to constrain the senses and control the mind. From dementia comes loss of will power, one no longer has the drive and incentive to cultivate themselves towards obtaining spiritual realisation of the eternal soul. When this happens then one perishes their spiritual opportunity being drowned again and again in samsara the endless cycle of birth and death in the material existence.

Destruction of the intellect is the non-awareness of ones eternal connection to the omnipresent soul.

Important verse of Srimad Bhagvadgita -1

 Bhagwan Krishna says in Gita 2: 50

TRANSLATION

one endowed with spiritual intelligence can get rid of both positive and negative reactions in this very life, there fore be diligent in the science of uniting the individual consciousness with the Ultimate consciousness, in all activities the science of uniting the individual consciousness with the ultimate conscisousness is superlative genius.

Lots of saints have done the commentary on Bhagvadgita to understand the meaning and apply into the daily life every ones intention is two make humans enrich themselves with spiritual knowledge and get rid of troubles, with due respects to every saint and their knowledge, I share my experience on this verse to my understanding.
In this verse Bhagwan explains the secret of unfolding yourself from the trouble of karmbhandan, If any person who understood very much that we are in a trap of  wrong perceptions of mind which were stored in the form of experiences in the mind, and always acts as reference points for judging things every time when we try to use it, and highly dependent on the memory to act and react. the whole environment is the result of my chain reactions of thoughts which are based on my previous conscious experiences and ( I ) is based on nothing but except an idea or a concept, if some one realizes that than what is the solution to get rid of that endless cycle which formed every minute, which is forming with every breathe you take in, in this verse he explains a  samatav Equinomity, and how it is achieved when a person who abandon attachment generating from the results of good and bad deeds in this world that person who is stead fast with super-consciousness that is yoga and the person who achieve that evenness of mind is Equinomity of mind. we can conclude - By the grace of the Supreme Lord one acting in this way is relieved of both good actions and bad actions in the very life is boundless of trap cycle. Therefore verily one should always engage oneself in the sacred science of one's individual consciousness attaining communion with the Ultimate Consciousness by consecrating in righteousness all activities unto the Supreme Lord for this. This is known a karma yoga. Because this sacred science is the actual skill in performing all activities, is the formula for righteous actions which turns even ordinary activities that normally lead to bondage into the means of liberation by offering them in righteousness unto the Supreme Lord .

To be free from the wrong approach...

To be free from the wrong approach ....Wrong attitude, false attachments.

hello friend...

Hume kya karna hai? hume azad karna hai..apni galat dharano, galat pechan aur galat prakriyen jo manko man ki karne ke liye mazboor karthi hai... kaise?
Chapter 2. Contents of the Gita Summarized
TEXT 16
nasato vidyate bhavo
nabhavo vidyate satah
ubhayor api drsto 'ntas
tv anayos tattva-darsibhih

Translation.

Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent there is no endurance, and of the existent there is no cessation. This seers have concluded by studying the nature of both.

( hindi me meaning: asat vastu ki satta nahi hai,aur sat ka abaav nahi hai, aur is prakar in dono ka hi tatva tatvagyani purusho dwara dekha gaya hai...)

Commentary
This is the beginning of the instruction by the Lord to the living entities who are bewildered by the influence of ignorance. Removal of ignorance involves the reestablishment of the eternal relationship between the worshiper and the worship able and the consequent understanding of the difference between the part and parcel living entities and the Supreme Personality of Godhead. One can understand the nature of the Supreme by thorough study of oneself, the difference between oneself and the Supreme being understood as the relationship between the part and the whole.Such emanations are experienced by superior and inferior natural sequences. The living entities belong to the superior nature,. Although there is no difference between the energy and the energetic, the energetic is accepted as the Supreme, and energy or nature is accepted as the subordinate.(environment) ya Prakrti. The living entities, therefore, are always subordinate to the Supreme Lord(purush), as in the case of the master and the servant, or the teacher and the taught. Such clear knowledge is impossible to understand under the spell of ignorance.
Madhvacharya states here that-It is stated in the verse beginning nasato vidyate. There is no annihilation ofa-sat meaning prakriti(environment) which is the material substratum or sat referring to the Ultimate Truth because it is declared in the Visnu Purana that prakriti, purusa and kala(samay) or time are eternal. Because the word vidyate has been seperately used in relation to sat and a-sat and because it has been said in Srimad Bhagavatam also known as Bhagavat Purana that a-sat is the physical manifestation and sat is of the subtle form the Ultimate Truth of reality(I), a-sat is known as manifestation of sat, the unmanifest. This understanding for both a-sat and sat and is confirmed by the word anta meaning summation.
Now begins the summation.

The actual sorrow expressed by Arjuna is not being felt because the consequences of war lead to misery in the next life. The rule in the material existence is that every action has its corresponding and equal reaction, thus it is seen that by unrighteous actions there is no happiness and by righteous actions there can be no unhappiness. The words referring to sat bhavah are all connected to happiness and the words connected to a- sat abhava are those which are connected to sorrow.

The real of the nature of the eternal has no destruction being always existent(swa). Thus the conclusion about both of these the real and the unreal has been determined. By whom? As the verse states by the knoweres of the Ultimate Truth who understand the true nature of things...(sirf jisne jana hai woh hi bol saktha hai).. So the conclusion is that by such discrimination one must learn to tolerate and endure them. the essential natures of sat and asat. The authoritative conclusion arrived at by elevated sages in this matter is that the nature of the physical body is asat being temporary and that the nature of the spiritual soul is sat being eternal. That which is asat is therefore known by its perishable nature and that which is sat is known by its imperishable nature. Hence it is clear that what is indicated by satva and asatva are the soul and the body.

oopar bahut sari batein kardi maine..If you remember i have sent you a picture ardhanarishwara longtime ago, today i have   explained the meaning..Nari(prakruti) parivartit hai jo asat hai asat ka matlab hai parivartan sheel aur nar (eshwar) jo aparivartan sheel jo eternal hai..indono ka samagam jab hota hai tab hi shristi hoti hai..aur yeh nirantar prakriah hai..cycle hai, aur jo is cycle se alag ho jaye woh hi dono ko alag se dekh satkha hai ,farakh bata saktha hai ki yeh alag alag alag hai...yeh sab ek Goodh rahsya hai..maine yehan aaj bhedh khol diya..shayad poora poora samajh nahi aaye par kabhi kabhi na kabhi aajayega..

aur yeh jaan ne se toh nahi hoga waise anubhav me ana chahiye tab tak yeh ek theory ya concept hi hai..bas...

Buddism ki ek shaka bhi is tarahse explain kartha hai..

nar - nari ya purush parkrati dono hai anadi..means jiska kabhi janam nahi hua..means this will continue..aur dono ek doosre ke bina nahi chal rahsakthe, par nari matlab prakruti ya shakti bina purush ke nahi hai astitva aur bina shakti ke purush chalnahi sakhtha..yeh akaat satya hai...
Har organism me dono hote hai..ardhanarishwar..roop me hum alag dikh rahe hai bheetar se sare jeevatma nari hai aur Nar parmatma.

Self Control Aggression

Out of many essentials on "living life" that my friend has shared with me, I share one of those here .

The one who learn to control himself, certainly would win success
.
Human is one of a living beings, but he is different from all living beings in this world,
he has raised from all other living beings, the reason is very simple due to his mental abilities, he could raise his bar from rest of the organisms. Other living beings apart from the humans, cannot think and do work properly, they cannot laugh? at their own will, neither they can think future nor self control their mind by themselves.
It is this special ability of self control by humans, he has evolved much better and made him far better to other living creations on the earth. Due to this self controlled aggression , it has become possible to control this entire world under him and continously he is becoming more powerful.
Humans can do lot of things. In every human being there is lot of potential to do work and thats the reason human is strengthening. And success behind is the self control power of human. On the basis of this power he is doing miraculous works everyday. Lot of people do wonderful works in their lives.
what could be the reason behind it?
Is this called LUCK?
If you are someone who is been successful would you give credit to luck or the hard work behind their success, only they know by themselves how hard they have worked to reach there, others donot even know how difficult it was to reach there.
There is certain secret on every man's success. It cannot be possible without a solid foundation to have a success. It is a certain principle one cannot deny. so what is the real cause of success?
Human psychologists researched and could find out the big secret behind the success of a person--IS THE QUALITY OF SELF CONTROL ON HIMSELF.

Self control aggression is the first step towards the success. Everyone accepts this unanimously in one voice. In reality this is the greatest mantra to success.The person who could win himself can win the world also. In the whole universe its only the human who can have self control and have disciplined thinking.
For an example the tiger couldnot think beyond eating the goat tied to the tree, he cannot think that hunter is waiting to shoot and as a result it gets killed, lots of birds also killed  in the same way, as they cannot control themselves or teach themselves to stop sitting on net even if they can know why the net has been spread for. Reason behind is the lack of self control on themselves.
Sticking to your thoughts, controlling it, disciplining your mind are called as self control ( ATMA NIYANTRANA).
Psychologist say it and even proved that the thought of mind is more influenced to diseases or by the attack of other. Thoughts mean series of wave thoughts flow in your mind. Mind is the prime culprit for the unethical reasons.
1) Is Controlling mind the most difficult task?
2) How many people do control their mind?
3) Think yourself, is your mind in your control?
4) Do you instruct your mind to drive according to you wish?
Or you just surrender to the mind? And run according to the wish of the mind. Try to find the " TRUE ANSWER" that  you  can do this actually by yourself?
These are something which are related to your success.
There is a small story here from The incident in life of GAUTAMA BUDDHA.

Once he was sitting to preach his disciples, suddenly a famous Dacoit  named  angulimal came there, fear stricken people ran panic here and there, he was a big terror to people. He used to loot people and kill them and wear a cut finger  as a remembarance of each one killed to display that how people he has killed,which can be called in hindi anguli(finger) Mala(Garland). Buddha has self controlled himself, not a bit frightened but stayed there, seeing this angulimal said  to Budhaa that he came to kill him. Buddha asked piolitely,Wheather  if he wished to kill  that day only or next. As angulimal answered yes today now, Buddha looking in to his eyes said he could do it but he has no time now as he  can see Budhha teaching his disciples  and asked to come to some other time and he started to preach again.Angulimal never saw such a person who not feared a bit , but infact he started to order him, there was no fear at all. Something has already touched in the heart of angulimal, he realised the power of concentration of self, fell at once to his feet and asked for refugee. He was a changed man than onwards.
See the wonder of controlled aggression. In whatever situation not frittering being non reactive is first step to success and the people who follow this principle got success, without this principle getting success is not possible.
Everyone knows the life of Socrates. His wife always fought with him. But Socrates always diminished anger and he used to bite his lips to control his anger. Anger is the first enemy of the man. The person who cannot control his anger cannot achieve self control even. The person who gets frequently angered not only becomes weak by body but even with his mind. There is no benefit at all with anger what so ever.
lets find out why we get angry?
We get angry when someone do mistakes or if someone hurts u, fights with u abuses u. then you get irritated, so much that you get ready to do anything what soever losing balance of your mind -that moment - one gets out of control fully. Some people gets so angry that even they kill others or they get killed themselves.
The question is that is there  any benefit out of this anger at all?  if something wrong has happened, or some mistake happened, or you lost your valuable thing, will that problem  get all right if you shout at or if you get out of control? Anger cannot bring back your things or set it right, its impossible.

Instead by getting out of control you get in to further trouble and open doors to more filth and losses.
By getting angry you not only lose your health , your mind, your body but money also.
George Hobart says in arguments and fights one needs to be always maintaining patience and peace even when there is a small aggression can actually spoil the entire thing, and turn ugly later. even truth gets side lined at that time.
Think yourself how true is Hobart's saying?
My friend shared a story of saint kabir's family how they were in perfect relation in each other , which his mentor always mentions about in discourses.
Whenever kabir got angry with his wife, his wife not saying a single word, never argued at that moment, after sometime kabir gets cooled down, similarly whenever his wife used to scold kabir, he gets tight lipped himself, not uttering a single word. Same way when his son kamaal used to get angry, both were tight lipped. In this fashion they used to give away to outburst emotion of anger a vent but never was into arguments or heated exchanges between them and always lived happily in their relationships.
What a great way to counter, the saints invented to prevent break relationships. Hatred is a vapour of venom which kills one's body mind and soul completely.
Self control aggression keeps mind in control.  It is the best quality habit one should possess and its believed by all the religions and saints of the world. Complete controlled person is a great quality and its holding power.
Narberth Robert was a famous writer of his period. His wife has got rude behaviour and fought with him . One day she tore a manuscript out of anger which he recently finished. If someone instead of Robert would have countered with something similar. But Robert was self controlled person he didn't say a single word and instead started writing it again and that was his secret behind his success.
Can you keep your aggression so controlled? And if the answer is yes then you would also be the success no doubt about it . Every one who seeks success should keep his/her aggression under control that will make him success sooner or later.
With this quality man can act cool even difficult situations. How difficult the condition might not be, with this single quality one can win the tough situations. If you want the growth in your life, learn to make a pet of this quality. It is the most basic and strong step towards the success remember it adopt it without this quality rest of the quality become wasteful, that's why learn to make it success. Some one possesses all quality, but not with self control, could be ruining his life.
This is truth of life - Self control aggression.
The mind of you which makes you to deviate from your path and responsibilities towards a goal , it put hurdles, tempts you to do mistakes. With controlled mind you can d miraculous wonderful things.
When one doesn't have a goal in his mind how can achieve success in life?
who in this world wouldn't want success? everyone wants it, everyone wants achievements in their respective areas and wishes to grow in that way. But this mind interrupts you, drags you, deceives you and creates laziness. Mind seduces you towards no performance state. A business man wants to achieve success in his life. He tries for it does it good too, but his mind deviate him , if he starts procrastinate his works.
In a short time he would develop laziness, works gets piled on and finally his mind gets deviated to something else and blames the business is not doing well.
At first keeping the mind with out distractions is the most essential ingredient for success. Without that if you attempt to do any project wouldn't get success. The mind should strive always in that direction only ,nothing else acceptable less than achieving the final goal that should be the aggression. Those who can control their emotions can only control others. Disolving the emotions would make you more powerful and successful. Those success seekers should always perceive towards their goal. Whatever the field they want it meditate on it continually, don't let your mind deviate from that focus on it completely, with all your power whatever be the conditions there would be lots of difficulties coming up in between but be still and controlled stick to your thoughts goal and achievements.
Then see yourself how could you be open the doors towards the success goal then only can become from something to SOMETHING. every successful person had possessed this quality.
This is the first step towards it. Grab it and possess it today.

Mind, body and soul - in the form of a story

I am sharing a story which my friend shared it with me.Its a wonderful story in a simple language, which when paid a thought and observe the meaning, would be so amazing to understand.
It is an easy and a great reference for me in the process to understand the minds voices and its nature. The story is from Srimad bhagvad gita, of gita press, Gorakhpur press.
It also helps us to find " who our real enemy is".

Once upon a time there was kingdom of Jeevan Singh whose prime minister's was Gyanasagar. The nodal agency of prime minister was cooperative minister named Chanchal Singh. The king and his minister used to live in their capidal city called Madhya puri.His kingdom was divided in to 10 districts and each district was governed by a nominated head.

The king was a thinker( Vichaar sheel), dynamic( kaampurush) and polite( susheel) person. His kingdom was living in peace and happiness and was growing day by day.

one day a leader of thugs( a sort of dacoit who creates illusion and loot either by force or by sweetness) named Jagmohan came to his kingdom. He was wicked( kuchakri) and jaal saaj. He was full of deceit and fraud, yet he spoke very soft and sweet language. Whoever he spoke to , they got attracted with his charm and beauty of words. He introduced himself as businessman and introduced to district heads and seeked permission to run his business in the entire kingdom. He assured lots of promises and other pleasures in return, for favouring them.

He lured every district with pleasures and kickbacks and sought permission to run the business in the entire state. They all agreed but couldnot give permission for they needed the consent of the higher authorities. With Jagmohan's advice and with tempted minds they all went to meet minister , Chanchal Singh.

The wicked businessman Jagmohan showed lots of benefits to the state and to the minister with lucrative offers. Chanchal singh was also trapped under Jagmohan's sweet talk, but he also couldnot permit. So they all went to prime minister, Gyansagar.

Gyansagar was an intelligent person, knower of wisdom words, but he was weak headed person he merely believed what had been told , couldnot analyse properly. Hence along with his assitant, Chanchal Singh and the 10 district heads often used to take advantage of his weakness. He moved by their demands and could not resist them. Today also he got tempted with their talks. With Jagmohan and his luring words, he agreed to give permission to operate in the entire state but with the consent of Jeevan Singh. So they went to the king, the thug was very clever, he again spread his net by talking to him juicily and giving him lucrative offers. Falling for his talks and intelligence the king Jeevan Singh agreed to him to operate in the entire kingdom.

King gave permission to him for the entire and 10 districts and assured without his intervention he could expand and make big buildings and operate.

After giving some kickbacks to all the district heads he started to operate his network everywhere. His network had gone to every corner of the state then and he started looting people without the intervention of governance. There was no indulgence at all from anyone from top to bottom of authorities. He shared a large sum of booty to the king, officials and ministers. So everyone was enjoying the new found happiness with the pleasure derived from Jagmohan.

He always used to make promises and talked in charismatic style and made everyone fall in his plan. Within a short period of time everyone got lethargic and become part of his wicked plans and gradually became weak, lazy and addicted to malign habits.

Meanwhile Jagmohan increased his strength and power in the entire kingdom, he looted everything whatever he could and after sometime entire kingdom got in to his control and he made the king Jeevan Singh under house arrest, King lost his control and surrendered to him completely.

The characters in the story:
JEEVAN SING(KING):                        The embodied soul( jeevatma),
GYANSAGAR(PRIMEMINISTER):  Intellect (Buddhi)
CHANCHAL SINGH( MANH):           Mind,
MADHYAPURI(CAPITAL CITY):    Heart where they lived,
10 HEADS:                                            Ten sensory organs ( das indriyaan),
10 DISTRICTS:                                     Places where these sensory organs live
JAGMOHAN( THUG LEADER):       Lust ( kaam or kamnaye) or indulgence in lusty things.

Moral of the story:

Subjective indulgences of pleasures, luring to tempt towards the pleasure, which gives temporary happiness, is the work of Jagmohan, which he promised to give everyone. Having been seduced to this lusty thoughts everyone gets trapped in to this temptation and get away from real hapapiness. This is the looting of Jagmohan. The shiny, glittering, illusionary fashionable promises made the king Jeevan singh trapped in his own house and lost his own kingdom, the own YOU(SELF).If Jeevan Singh refuses to get trapped by this ever powerful Jagmohan he can see the real light of life( paramatma) or else Jagmohan destroys entire life in form of delusionary state. Jagmohan will rule on senses, mind and intellect and will make JEEVAN SINGH , a captive.

- Individual and the ideal- 2

....contd

Now the second point. I have always worked for an ideal, and I don't understand your denial of it. Would you mind going into this problem?"
Our present morality is based on the past or the future on the traditional or the what ought to be. The what ought to be is the ideal in opposition to what has been, the future in conflict with the past. Non-violence is the ideal, the what should be; and the what has been is violence. The what has been projects the what should be; the ideal is homemade, it is projected by its own opposite, the actual. The antithesis is an extension of the thesis; the opposite contains the element of its own opposite. Being violent, the mind projects its opposite, the ideal of non-violence. It is said that the ideal helps to overcome its own opposite; but does it? Is not the ideal an avoidance, an escape from the what has been, or from what is? The conflict between the actual and the ideal is obviously a means of postponing the understanding of the actual, and this conflict only introduces another problem which helps to cover up the immediate problem. The ideal is a marvelous and respectable escape from the actual. The ideal of non-violence, like the collective Utopia, is fictitious; the ideal, the what should be, helps us to cover up and avoid what is. The pursuit of the ideal is the search for reward. You may shun the worldly rewards as being stupid and barbarous, which they are; but your pursuit of the ideal is the search for reward at a different level, which is also stupid. The ideal is a compensation, a fictitious state which the mind has conjured up. Being violent, separative and out for itself, the mind projects the gratifying compensation, the fiction which it calls the ideal, the Utopia, the future, and vainly pursues it. That very pursuit is conflict, but it is also a pleasurable postponement of the actual. The ideal, the what should be, does not help in understanding what is; on the contrary, it prevents understanding.

"Do you mean to say that our leaders and teachers have been wrong in advocating and maintaining the ideal?"

What do you think?

"If I understand correctly what you say..."

Please, it is not a matter of understanding what another may say, but of finding out what is true. Truth is not opinion; truth is not dependent on any leader or teacher. The weighing of opinions only prevents the perception of truth. Either the ideal is a homemade fiction which contains its own opposite, or it is not. There are no two ways about it. This does not depend on any teacher, you must perceive the truth of it for yourself. "If the ideal is fictitious, it revolutionizes all my thinking. Do you mean to say that our pursuit of the ideal is utterly futile?,"

It is a vain struggle, a gratifying self-deception is it not?

"This is very disturbing, but I am forced to admit that it is. We have taken so many things for granted that we have never allowed ourselves to observe closely what is in our hand. We have deceived ourselves, and what you point out upsets completely the structure of my thought and action. It will revolutionize education, our whole way of living and working. I think I see the implications of a mind that is free from the ideal, from the what should be. To such a mind, action has a significance quite different from that which we give it now. Compensatory action is not action at all, but only a reaction - and we boast of action!...But without the ideal, how is one to deal with the actual, or with the what has been?"

The understanding of the actual is possible only when the ideal, the what should be, is erased from the mind; that is only when the false is seen as the false. The what should be is also the what should not be. As long as the mind approaches the actual with either positive or negative compensation, there can be no understanding of the actual. To understand the actual you must be indirect communion with it; your relationship with it cannot be through the screen of the ideal, or through the screen of the past, of tradition, of experience. To be free from the wrong approach is the only problem. This means, really, the understanding of conditioning, which is the mind. The problem is the mind itself, and not the problems it breeds; the resolution of the problems bred by the mind is merely the reconciliation of effects, and that only leads to further confusion and illusion.

Individual and the ideal- 1

Individual and the ideal
By J.Krishna Murti

OUR LIFE HERE in India is more or less shattered; we want to make something of it again, but we don't know where to begin. I can see the importance of mass action, and also its dangers. I have pursued the ideal of non-violence, but there has been bloodshed and misery. Since the Partition, this country has had blood on its hands, and now we are building up the armed forces. We talk of non-violence and yet prepare for war. I am as confused as the political leaders. In prison I used to read a great deal, but it has not helped me to clarify my own position."

"Can we take one thing at a time and somewhat go into it? First, you lay a great deal of emphasis on the individual; but is not collective action necessary?"

The individual is essentially the collective, and society is the creation of the individual. The individual and society are interrelated, are they not? They are not separate. The individual builds the structure of society, and society or environment shapes the individual. Though environment conditions the individual, he can always free himself, break away from his background. The individual is the maker of the very environment to which he becomes a slave; but he has also the power to break away from it and create an environment that will not dull his mind or spirit. The individual is important only in the sense that he has the capacity to free himself from his conditioning and understand reality. Individuality that is merely ruthless in its own conditioning builds a society whose foundations are based on violence and antagonism. The individual exists only in relationship, otherwise he is not; and it is the lack of understanding of this relationship that is breeding conflict and confusion. If the individual does not understand his relationship to people, to property, and to ideas or beliefs, merely to impose upon him a collective or any other pattern only defeats its own end. To bring about the imposition of a new pattern will require so-called mass action; but the new pattern is the invention of a few individuals, and the mass is mesmerized by the latest slogans, the promises of a new Utopia. The mass is the same as before, only now it has new rulers, new phrases, new priests, new doctrines. This mass is made up of you and me, it is composed of individuals; the mass is fictitious, it is a convenient term for the exploiter and the politician to play with. The many are pushed into action, into war, and so on, by the few; and the few represent the desires and urges of the many. It is the transformation of the individual that is of the highest importance, but not in terms of any pattern. Patterns always condition, and a conditioned entity is always in conflict within himself and so with society. It is comparatively easy to substitute a new pattern of conditioning for the old; but for the individual to free himself from all conditioning is quite another matter.

"This requires careful and detailed thought, but I think I am beginning to understand it. You lay emphasis on the individual, but not as a separate and antagonistic force within society.

the real form of Buddha- a beautiful poem

Ikkyu Poem - the real form of Buddha

on the sea of death and life,
the diver's boat is freighted
with "is" and "is not".
but if the bottom is broken through,
"is and "is not" disappear.

the mind cannot become the Buddha;
the body cannot become the Buddha;
only what cannot become the Buddha
can become the Buddha.

as lightning
which disappears like dew,
which vanishes like a phantom --
thus think of yourself.

a mind to search elsewhere
for the Buddha
is the foolishness
in the very center of foolishness.

the dew on the lotus leaf
undyed by its color,
just as it is,
is the real form of Buddha.

Self-Actualizing People

Last week it happened to read the maslow's theory of motivation by which every human is motivated until and unless he is satisfied the bottom of that pyramid level he wont move upside. As we moves upside of the pyramid we continues to enjoy the greater level of humanness and understanding.

Maslow's View of Motivation Maslow's theory rests on five basic assumptions about motivation:
(1) the whole organism is motivated at any one time;
(2) motivation is complex, and unconscious motives often underlie behavior;

(3) people are continually motivated by one need or another;
(4) people in different cultures are all motivated by the same basic needs;and
(5) needs can be arranged on a hierarchy.

which is shown in picture.

Concept of Humanity Maslow believed that people are structured in such a way that their activated needs are exactly what they want most. Hungry people desire food, frightened people look for safety, and so forth. Although he was generally optimistic and hopeful, Maslow saw that people are capable of great evil and destruction. He believed that as a species, humans are becoming more and more fully human and motivated by higher level needs. In summary, Maslow's view of humanity rates high on free choice, optimism, teleology, and uniqueness and about average on social influences.
oopar ki batein maine kyon jikar kiya- ki one can understand the need of different people, and at which stage they are the higher the stage the more they are human, lower the stage they have more animal instincts, now when you u know this that different people are at different needs and they are motivated by those needs and continue to be those needs, can any one change their needs and grow ? certainly they can grow , they should be influenced by proper thoughts and creativity. usse pahle uska moha toh bhang ho..!!! tabhi insaan kuch seekh ne ke liye tayaar hota hai.
ab now see that if any one want to make relationship with differnt personality as maslow shows some one like Esteem personality motivated has found husband of physiological motivated or some one love personality person paired with safety personality how would be their life , and u can imagine the pairs with saas - bahu , beta maa and so on..tab kya hota hai..Nahi banegi apas me, kyon ki dono ek doore ki zaroorat nai dekh rahe hothe hai, isnt it?

Maslow believed that a very small percentage of people reach an ultimate level of psychological health called self-actualization.
Characteristics of Self-Actualizing People

Maslow listed 15 qualities that characterize self-actualizing people, although not all self-actualizers possess each of the characteristics to the same extent. These characteristics are
(1) More efficient perception of reality, meaning that self-actualizers often have an almost uncanny (अलौकिक ) ability to detect phoniness( not genuine or fake ) in others, and they are not fooled by sham; (बनावट ).
(2) acceptance of self, others, and nature;

(3) Spontaneity, simplicity, and naturalness, meaning that self-actualizers have no need to appear complex or sophisticated;

(4) Problem-centered which is the ability to view age-old problems from a solid philosophical position;

(5) The need for privacy, or a detachment that allows self-actualizing people to be alone without being lonely;

(6) Autonomy, meaning that they no longer are dependent on other people for their self-esteem;
(7) Continued freshness of appreciation and the ability to view everyday things with a fresh vision and appreciation;
(8) frequent reports of peak experiences, or those mystical experiences that give a person a sense of transcendence( भाव समाधि)and feelings of awe(,an overwhelming feeling of wonder or admiration), wonder(चमत्कार), ecstasy (परम आनंद or भावातिरेक ) , reverence(श्रद्धा), and humility ( नम्रता ).
(9) Gemeinschaftsgefühl, that is, social interest or a deep feeling of oneness with all humanity
(10) profound interpersonal relations, but with no desperate need to have a multitude friends;

(11) the democratic character structure, or the ability to disregard superficial differences between people;

(12) discrimination between means and ends, meaning that self-actualizing people have a clear sense of right and wrong, and they experience little conflict about basic values;
(13) a philosophical sense of humor that is spontaneous, unplanned, and intrinsic to the situation;

(14) creativeness, with a keen perception of truth, beauty,
and reality;

(15) resistance to enculturation, or the ability to set personal standards and to resist the mold set by culture.

Self-actualization refers to a complete understanding of the self. To be self-actualized means to truly know who you are, where you belong in the greater society, and to feel like you have accomplished all that you have set out to accomplish. It means to no longer feel shame or guilt, or even hate, but to accept the world and see human nature as inherently good.One can master that actualization fully, but as we lead the life towards it we begin to have clarity of life, at least we have a purpose or we know what we are doing.isn't it?

Acknowledges the presence of the unconscious ; well our own eastern psychological approach towards life, which talks about beyond trance, and that's where the actual reality one can experience, So there is lots to know in this world. My whole approach towards you was always how you can get rid of your demons who caught up your mind and make not your real you to come out. You have become slave and they Banished you from your life ,you turned out to be like puppet in the hands of circumstances(environment), which gradually suppressed your real personality and accepted the life to a shallow demonic one, which is more or less based on physiological levels, but when we shared so many things I observed you are not of that lower level you belong to higher pyramid level of personality, hence; since that time I started to be cooperative with you to bring a positiveness which is  already there just make youself to come out of that negative state of mind in which you were roaming at free always..( see the pic for negative emotions)

why should we not come out of these negative emotions and live life as it is..which we have if we do effort; certainly we can increase the level of positiveness in our life, we can!!! necessity is to leave the old pattern of thinking system, The addicted one, and to get rid of addictions we should first need to know that we are addicted to a mechanically trained thought of pattern. infact What we call (I ) is nothing but a Bunch of addictions.

“What would happen if you could reduce the resistance in the human brain?”

Hello friend,

“What would happen if you could reduce the resistance in the human brain?”

Reducing the resistance in an electrical wire allowed more electricity to flow through it (known as Ohm’s law). As you are Engineering graduate you know it.  Using this theory to mind what happens? I did little reseach on internet and found some interesting things, which I wanted to share to you.
If we Would apply this concept to mind would it to be more efficient at absorbing information, or perhaps can it even grant it access to reservoirs of previously hidden creativity and intuition?
Driven by this theory  Jose silava a professional electronics instructor with the United States Army Signal Corps began a thorough process of research and experimentation, starting with his own children. By training them to function at brain frequency levels known as Alpha and Theta—levels of deep relaxation that most people experience while meditating or in light sleep—he was able to significantly improve their grades at school, and even found evidence of enhanced intuitive functioning within them.

In state of Beta wave:-cycle14-21 and higher Waking state, the five senses. Perception of time and space.
In state of  Alpha:7-14 and higherLight sleep, meditation, intuition. No time and space limitation.
In state of Theta:4-7 and higher Deeper sleep, meditation.

Instate of Delta :0-4 and higher Deep sleep. You are unconscious at Delta.

How we can use this information, what is there striking here in this?Why is this important? Well imagine being able to rewire yourself, without spending thousands of Rs or the valuable time on vanity thoughts or on a therapist.

What if you could more easily overcome bad habits like smoking or snacking? What if you could raise your IQ, cultivate a positive wealth or health mindset, and awaken your mind’s natural healing capacity, all by simply working with your own mind?
or used for stress relief to enhanced creativity and intuition to even potentially accelerated physical and emotional healing, kya aisa ho saktha hai kya?
haan bilkul hosaktha hain, hum duniya me aisa bahut sare udaharan dekehn hain, jinhone turnaround kya apni life me, bas we should be willing to change..change our old conventional pattern of thoughts..which are showing us what we are, unable to show the other part of our mind which is veryyyyyyyy big part which we have not seen about ourselves.
Hamare apne santo ne in sthtiyo ko alag naam diye hai, jaise Jagrit, swapan turiya or turiayateet..As soon as u touch that Beta state of mind jaise maine narad muni ki ek story share kiya tha na..moh bhang ho jata hai..aur jaisa hai waisa dhiktha hai..moh rahit.poori jagrit senseses alag aur mai alag..
yeh sab badi badi batein hai...sabke liye nahi..ya sab log nai kar sakhte ya mai jaanthi ho..aise bhav aa sakthe hai..aane do..phir bhi Positive ki taraf hi bado..aur khojo apne antar man ko, aur asli khushi ko..aur yeh concept to apna maqsad bana ke chale toh isse jyada rahsya mai aur kuch nai..apne ko jane bina hi hum sab karya kar rahe hai..hai ki nai? toh phir such kaisa patah chalega.
hum apne bhavo se kitne jyada mohit hain? aur aise hi sab log hai..toh phir sab log ek doosre ke bhavo se hi toh takrarahe hai na? toh phir ladayi kis baath ki hai..kya bhavo ki nai?
kya bhavaateet koi anand nai hai? kya sirft sunsaan zindagi hai? ya such kuch aur hi hai? hum abhi kuch jaante hi nahi hai...mm mm..
Duniya bahut badi hai..itni badi ki hamari kalpana bhi wahan nahi pahoonch sakthi..isliye..apni ek boundary nischay karna hoga ki hum itna karenge ya jaane ge ya hum yeh nischay karle ki abhi mai itna jaante hai toh is thought ko beleif karte hue chalthe hai..aur khoj karthe rahenge..is duniya(environment) ya mera(I) kabhi koi ant hi nahi hai yeh ek nirantar chalene wali prakriya hai..aur chalthi hi rahegi..toh mejhe Dukh kis baat ka ho raha hai...
Hamari samjh badlegi...apna doosro ke chaark me nai padhe balki..sirf hum apne pe dhyan de ki hume kya karna hai..let others follow or reject? mai matlab mai..jise mai ( I ) boltha hoon aur apni ( I ) ko samjhtha bhi hoon...start with a boundary..slowly you become boundless..abundant happiness..learn to make yourself true happniness where there is neither (I) ness force nor environment force , there is no force just stable in hapiness without disturbance.Mirtyu kabhi nai hoti hum anant hai..yeh jaanege..tab

ab yehan par mera thought tut gayaa hai..phir likhoonga..
Happy friendship day to you...
